Description

MidFirst Bank is seeking a highly organized, decisive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior leaders on the Executive Team. This role is critical in enabling leadership to focus on strategic priorities and long-term initiatives by ensuring daily operations run seamlessly. The ideal candidate executes with precision, anticipates needs, and thrives in a fastpaced, collaborative environment while delivering exceptional administrative support with discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:





    • Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and handling logistics.
    • Prepare and coordinate meetings, including materials, agendas, and meal arrangements as needed.
    • Plan and execute employee and department events, ensuring seamless execution.
    • Prepare and submit payment requests, expense reports, and related documentation.
    • Support administrative projects by tracking progress, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring objectives are met.
    • Serve as a liaison with technology support and facilities teams on behalf of the department.
    • Oversee office operations, including ordering supplies, equipment maintenance, and workspace organization.
    • Anticipate leadership needs and proactively resolve issues before they arise.
    • Perform additional administrative and operational support as required.




Qualifications:





    • Minimum 3 years of Executive Assistant or senior administrative experience
    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Proven ability to remain composed, professional, and effective under pressure
    • Exceptional organizational, timemanagement, and prioritization skills with high attention to detail and followthrough
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills; confident interacting with executive leadership and senior management
    • Demonstrated discretion, integrity, and professionalism when handling confidential information
    • Collaborative team player with a positive, approachable demeanor and strong initiative to learn and adapt
