Who we are looking for:

The Sr Escrow Research Representative is responsible for managing and resolving complex escrowrelated inquiries with a focus on tax and insurance issues, escalations, and escrow account accuracy. This role serves as an advocate for internal customers and internal partners by performing detailed escrow research, coordinating resolution of escalations, and ensuring proper escrow line setup and maintenance within the mortgage servicing platform.




  • Location: Onsite daily in Englewood, CO
  • Compensation: $50-60k



Key Responsibilities:




  • Acknowledged escrow related concerns and perform initial research using a variety of resources to determine if there are account updates and corrections needed.
  • Deliver timely, clear, and accurate status updates to Escrow and Call Center Management, Client Relations, and internal stakeholders throughout the research and resolution lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with insurance and tax vendors in order to resolve escalations and outstanding concerns.
  • Thoroughly document all research, communications, findings, and resolutions within the system of record.
  • Compile and deliver comprehensive reporting to management, highlighting issue trends, escalation drivers, and opportunities for operational improvement.
  • Easily transition between escalations while sustaining focus, quality, and timely followthrough
  • Support team members as needed, including assisting with onboarding related to escrow functions.
  • Perform other job- related duties as assigned.



What you'll need to be successful:




  • High School Graduate, GED or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 -5 years of experience in the mortgage industry
  • Experience in customer service and complaint management
  • Strong understanding of escrow management principles
  • Excellent research, communication, and followup skills with a high degree of accountability and attention to detail
  • Exceptional listening skills and strong verbal/written communication abilities
  • Intermediate proficiency of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Ability to work in a team environment
