Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to build professional relationships across all levels of the organization Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills High attention to detail with strong follow-up practices Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Transportation or logistics experience preferred (shipping, receiving, distribution, dispatch) Experience with routing/dispatch software systems preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook & Excel required) Why This Job? What You'll Do Optimize daily routing and asset utilization to maximize operational efficiency Code delivery manifests and build trucks within the operating system Input and verify delivery information, including addresses and zip codes Compile statistical data and generate operational reports Assist with dispatching and real-time delivery support as needed Contact customers to confirm delivery details and time windows Support cross-dock, inbound, and outbound route planning Help develop materials for routing process improvement initiatives Maintain department files and provide administrative support Collaborate with logistics design teams to enhance weekly optimization plans Marvin's Take?
