We are looking for candidates for temporary Production Operator jobs at FCA's Assembly Plants in Kokomo, Indiana. Please note that the duration of these jobs will be no longer than nine months.

Here are some key details about the position:



  • Schedule: Primary schedule will be on call Friday and Monday, with some Saturday's, Sunday's and Holidays. On occasion, candidates may be asked to work Tuesday-Thursday depending on business needs.
  • Hours: In this temporary role, employees may be expected to work different shifts and hours could range from 0-40 weekly, including weekends, holidays, and overtime, depending on business needs.
  • Pay Rate: Base pay starting at $21.00 per hour.


To qualify, you must:



  • Be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Have a high school diploma or GED.


Additionally, you must be willing and able to, with or without reasonable accommodation:



  • Meet the hourly requirements of the position.
  • Work different shifts.
  • Work weekends and holidays if needed.
  • Work in hot and/or cold environments.
  • Work safely around heavy equipment or manufacturing machinery.
  • Wear personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, sleeves, earplugs, and steel-toed shoes.
  • Stand or walk for long periods of time each day.
  • Frequently bend, stoop, reach, lift, push, and pull.
  • Work in tight or closed-in spaces.
