This position is expected to start around May 2026 and continue through theSummerterm (endingapproximately August 2026) or continuing into Fall 2026 if available and there is an opportunity to do so. We ask for a minimum of12 weeks, full-time and on-site, for most internships. Our internship program is for students who are actively enrolled in an academic program. Recent graduates seeking employment after graduation and not returning to school should apply for full-time positions, not internships.

International Students: If your work authorization is through CPT, please consult your school on your ability to work 40 hours per week before applying. You must be able to work40 hoursper week on-site. Many students will be limited to part-time during the academic year.

Thiskey rolewill drivecross-functional alignment, managecomplex initiatives, and build scalable systems and resources that empower Tesla's field teamsto grow their relationships withmedia.Evaluating performance and KPI's is critical to the success of the program.You will partner closely with internal stakeholders to ensure programsuccessfrom start to finish.Your contributions will have a measurable impact ontop of funnel growth and conversion.

What You'll Do
  • Build and manage centralized resources for field enablement-including toolkits, playbooks, and request portals-that support a repeatable and efficient go-to-market strategy
  • Identifyand evaluate newgrowth and mediaopportunities for strategic participation
  • Outreach and coordination with external mediaon local and national engagements
  • Analyze and interpret data trends to develop data-driven strategies for program optimization
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional stakeholder communication
  • Identifyand implement opportunities to improve workflows, resourceutilization, and program delivery through automation, standardization, and best practices

  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • Advanced proficiencyin Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, MS Project)

    Expected Compensation
    $20.55 - $35.17/hour + benefits

    Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
