Work Schedule
8:00 am to 5:00 pm; Monday - Friday with occasional evening and weekend hours required, as necessary.

Eligible for teleworking up to 1 day per week with approval and completion of the onboarding period.
Primary Purpose of Position
Position provides administrative support to the two Associate Deans, assists the grant Budget Officer/Coordinator as needed, and serves as an administrative backup to the Executive Assistant to the Dean. General administrative duties include initiating transactions and travel processes, work orders, and meeting/event scheduling, course schedule building, support for College-level faculty onboarding and development initiatives, and support for College- level student affairs processes. Student compliance-related duties include assistance with routine notifications related to affiliation agreement expiration and renewal, communications regarding liability insurance certificates, and other recurring communications during periods of high demand. This position acts as backup for grant-related transactions as needed.
Minimum Education/Experience
Required Minimum Qualifications:

Graduation from high school, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Essential Job Duties
The Support Associate initiates transactions and travel processes, work orders, meeting/event scheduling, and grant-related transactions. Responsibilities include support for College-level personnel onboarding and development initiatives, as well as support for College- level student affairs processes.
Other Work Responsibilities
Willingness to support multiple Dean's Office team members as needed.
Back up for Executive Assistant as needed.
Departmental Preferred Experience, Skills, Training/Education

  • Ideal candidates will have a working knowledge of campus systems (e.g., Banner, Google platform).
  • Basic accounting or budgeting knowledge/experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Possesses a team-oriented work style with a strong customer service orientation.
