Your team: You will be joining the global Customer Experience Operations departmentat Informa Festivalswhoare responsible fordelivering customer service excellence across our international eventsfor the Fintech pillar.You will report to the CustomerExperienceOperationsManager who is also based in New York. Your Role:As a CX Operations Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our event attendees and you willbe responsible fordeliveringcustomer service excellence, ensuring all queries are answered swiftly,informativelyand politely as well as all ensuring registrations are processed accurately and efficiently.This rolewill berequiredtotravel toour flagshipMoney20/20 USAeventinLas Vegastoassistwith the onsite delivery ofregistration andbadge collection.
