As a Corporate Recruiter, you'll play a key role in shaping Rockline's talent strategy. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle-from sourcing and interviewing to scheduling and onboarding-while partnering with leaders to attract top talent. • Manages full-cycle recruiting for professional and corporate positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, and onboarding.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse, qualified candidates.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver talent solutions.
• Maintain and optimize our applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruiting tools.
• Represent Rockline at job fairs, campus events, and community outreach initiatives.
• Partner on HR projects and contribute to continuous improvement of our hiring process.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent years of experience.
• 3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience required. Experience with all components of recruiting lifecycle (sourcing, qualifying, assessing candidates, networking, scheduling, onboarding, and relationship management).
• Additional experience includes:




• Experience with candidate sourcing techniques including identifying passive talent, building talent pipelines, referral generation and diversity recruiting
• Strong understanding of employment laws and best practices.
• Experience with ATS and HR systems; UKG knowledge is a plus.
• 
  
  Background in recruiting for professional roles, with exposure to manufacturing industries, is highly desirable.
  
  
• Previous recruiting for multiple locations preferred.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
