Job Summary

The Operations Associate, InvestorRelationswill play a critical role in executing the firm's investor reporting and client service initiatives. This role supports the Investor Relations team by managing quarterly reporting coordination, capital call and distribution execution, and day-to-day investor service. The individual will play a key role in ensuringtimelyandaccurateinvestor deliverables through effective internal coordination, CRM and reporting tools management, and execution of investor communications. The role also contributes to diligence, fundraising, and broader IR initiatives, supporting high-quality engagement with investors and internalstakeholders.

The successful candidate will be a proactive and resourceful team player, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and balancing multiple priorities. They will exercise sound judgment,possessstrong communicationand organizational skills, anddemonstratea commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Client Service &Investor Reporting



  • Manage internal coordination of the quarterly IR reporting calendar withinCRM (InvestorFlow/Smartsheet), ensuringtimelyandaccuratecompletion of all investor deliverables


  • Executecapital call and distributionnotices, including uploading transaction data,maintainingand updating notification templates, and posting notices to the investor portal


  • Supportthe executionofquarterly investorreportingmaterialsand broader IR initiativesas needed, including presentations, quarterly letters,PPMs, recurring datafilesand related investor requests


  • Overseethe investor services inbox and respond to ad hoc investorinquiries, ensuringtimelyandaccurateclient service


Fundraising & Reporting



  • Coordinateandcompleteinstitutionalinvestor duediligence requests through content management system (DiligenceVault)as well asmaintainthe integrity of the content library


  • Maintainthe contents ofCabot's fundraising data room andprospectpermissions


  • Organizeandmaintaininvestor recordsin the CRM, including subscription documentation and contact permissionsas well as ability to produceaccurateand reliable reportsfor internal and external stakeholders


Qualifications & Experience



  • Undergraduate degreerequired


  • 2-4years of experience, preferably in client reporting, data analysis, orreal estatefinancial services


  • Strong analytical skills withproficiencyin Microsoft Exceland queries


  • Familiarity with CRM systems and/or investor portalsand Smartsheet


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities


  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment


Work Environment & Travel



  • Primarily in-officeprofessionalworkenvironmentwithabilityto work remotely at manager's discretion.


  • Ability to remain in a stationary position (e.g., seated at a desk) for extended periods.


  • Frequent use of computers and digital communication platforms.
