Description

We are seeking a motivated and forward-thinking AI Analyst to help drive automation, operational efficiency, and advanced analytics across the organization. This individual will partner with internal departments including Finance, Logistics, Pricing, Merchandising, and Marketing to identify manual processes, implement AI-driven solutions, and generate actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can meet short deadlines, and is passionate about leveraging AI tools to create measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities



  • Work with cross-functional teams to drive project success
  • Design, build, and maintain automated workflows using n8n, UiPath (RPA), and supporting AI tools to eliminate manual, repetitive processes across departments
  • Leverage AI platforms (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) to extract, transform, and analyze data from diverse sources including PDFs, spreadsheets, databases, and enterprise systems
  • Quickly develop and test AI-driven solutions to address immediate business needs within short, demanding deadlines
  • Identify manual, repetitive, and time-intensive processes across departments and design automation solutions
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects with tight deadlines
  • Translate business questions into analytical frameworks and actionable outputs



Required Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in data analysis, operations, workflow automation, or related technical role
  • Experience using n8n, Claude, Chat GPT, Gemini, RPA, and workflow automation in a business or project based setting
  • Familiarity with SQL or database querying concepts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VBA/macros)
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Highly motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment



Preferred Qualifications



  • Exposure to API integrations and system connectivity
  • Experience with SQL, Python, or similar scripting language
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
  • Understanding of best practices regarding AI Governance



WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This is a full-time, in-person position located at our Corporate Headquarters in Eagan, Minnesota.
