Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our production team. In this role, you will be the engine behind our printing process, ensuring every run meets our high standards for precision and quality. Safety & Compliance Standards



  • Adhere to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and BRCGS Food Safety Standard to ensure the safety and integrity of food-contact packaging.
  • Maintain strict personal hygiene and workstation cleanliness to prevent cross-contamination.
  • Follow all PPE requirements and machine guarding protocols to ensure a zero-injury workplace.


Key Responsibilities



  • Perform efficient on-press make-readies and prepare raw materials (substrates, inks, and plates) to ensure seamless, high-quality job changeovers.
  • Feed and monitor the continuous operation of Offset/Lithographic presses, maintaining peak performance and speed while minimizing waste.
  • Maintain a "sanitation-ready" work area. Execute all duties in strict accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and BRC global standards to ensure food-contact safety.
  • Perform routine press cleaning and preventive maintenance; replace ink cartridges and consumables as needed to prevent downtime.
  • Monitor output constantly for color accuracy and physical specifications. Ensure every product meets 100% conformance to customer and food-safety requirements.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, including PPE and machine guarding. Assist with all other duties as assigned to support a safe, efficient, and audit-ready facility.


Qualifications & Skills



  • An uncompromising focus on quality, hygiene, and the ability to differentiate subtle color variations.
  • Understanding of (or willingness to learn) GMP, BRC, or SQF standards.
  • Basic computer literacy and a desire to learn complex printing mechanics.
  • Clear verbal skills for safety coordination and shift hand-offs.
  • Availability for 2nd Shift (2pm-10pm), including occasional overtime.
  • Experience in Offset/Litho printing or a regulated manufacturing environment (food, or medical) is a major plus. We are willing to train the right candidate.
