Overview
The Key Account Manager (KAM) - Southeast serves as a strategic commercial and clinical partner responsible for developing, expanding, and optimizing relationships with the organization's most important accounts. This role drives sustainable growth by integrating business strategy, clinical value development, and consultative partnership to improve patient outcomes and accelerate adoption of advanced hearing solutions. Operating as both a business strategist and clinical development leader, the KAM partners with providers to advance practice performance, expand patient access to hearing care, and support adoption of innovative technologies. The position focuses on strengthening long-term partnerships, elevating clinical and operational excellence, and cultivating new high-value opportunities across the region. Qualifications
The base pay for this position is expected to be from $100,000 and $117,500 + commission; however, while the salary range is effective as of the date of this posting, fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including but not limited to experience level, knowledge, skills, and abilities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, such as bonus, commissions, or discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
