Your Impact

As a Product Manager for Client Servicing platforms, you will be instrumental in driving the strategic vision and execution of products that significantly scale GSAM's Third Party Wealth and Institutional business growth. You will lead the end-to-end strategy and execution for critical client servicing capabilities, from seamless client onboarding to robust account management. Collaborating closely with key stakeholders across Client Service, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Investing teams, you will translate complex business challenges into innovative product solutions, ensuring the delivery of a best-in-class client service experience. Within an agile development framework, you will strategically prioritize the product backlog and refine requirements to accelerate delivery and maximize value. You will play a pivotal role in broader departmental initiatives, driving the expansion of our internal and external digital presence and ensuring our platforms are scalable and future-proof to meet evolving client needs.

How You Will Fulfill Your Potential as a Product Manager



  • Support and execute the strategic feature development, collaborating with engineering and design to deliver exceptional client service experiences.
  • Conduct in-depth user research and engage with platform stakeholders to validate product opportunities, gain deep insights into user needs, and align with key business objectives (OKRs).
  • Strategically prioritize the product backlog, leveraging stakeholder feedback, domain expertise, user insights, and market research to make informed trade-offs across new feature development, platform investment, and optimization strategies (build, buy, or borrow).
  • Utilize quantitative and qualitative data, including user feedback, to drive and refine product strategy.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, engineers, and designers to articulate clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with business, engineering, and design teams, fostering an environment of psychological safety, transparent communication, and collaborative problem-solving.
  • Proactively identify and effectively manage risks and dependencies across the product lifecycle and program.
  • Lead the successful training and rollout of new features, employing a high-touch approach with users to drive adoption and gather critical feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to proactively identify and capitalize on new product opportunities.



Basic Qualifications



  • 3-5 years of Product Management experience within financial services technologies.
  • Understanding of Alternative Investments, Retail and Institutional SMAs and their respective client journeys.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to effectively engage, influence, and build consensus among both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comprehensive experience across the entire product development lifecycle, including inception, analysis, design, review, testing, and deployment, leveraging agile development methodologies.
  • Proficiency in collaborating with technical teams, understanding software architecture, and translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and diverse business audiences.
  • Experience engaging with stakeholders to design the customer experience, develop and communicate the product roadmap and define and prioritize requirements.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex projects across cross-functional teams, leveraging a strategic and innovative mindset to lead project working groups, facilitate discussions, gather critical data, and drive creative solutions to complex business challenges.
