Minimum Qualifications Education High School Diploma, formal cooks training program preferred. Experience Successful completion of a formal cooks training program. Three or more years commercial cooking experience preferred. Licensure and/or Certification ServeSafe Certification preferred. Skills Ability to read, understand and follow written menus, recipes instructions and food. Demonstrated safe and sanitary working practices. Ability to maintain confidential information.
