Education Recommendations

Currently seeking a candidate pursuing a bachelor's or associate degree from an accredited college or university in the U.S. The candidate must be enrolled as a full-time student for Fall 2026 and have an overall GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher.


  • Provide administrative support for the department of 300+ Engineers

  • Basic support of the recruitment process

  • Maintain team knowledge bases (MS SharePoint) and manage access control

  • Prepare and publish internal and external communications, promotional materials, newsletters, and updates across social media and other communication channels

  • Organize business travel and delegation logistics for the team and coordinate onsite visits of external partners

  • Support daily team operations through effective information flow, documentation handling, and proactive administrative care


  • Active student status

  • Very good command of English, both spoken and written.

  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent self-management, organization, and ability to work across multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

It would be nice if you had:

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative or HR related role is considered an asset

  • Proactive, flexible mindset with problem-solving orientation
