DESCRIPTION OF WORK

As a Program Manager 1 for Compliance and Quality Assurance, you will play a vital role in supporting the mission of Crawford County Human Services by ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compliant services and fostering a professional, collaborative environment for staff and community partners. In this role, you will provide leadership and oversight to ensure all licensing and program requirements meet the standards established by various state agencies. Your responsibilities include monitoring and analyzing compliance, developing plans of correction for any deficiencies and tracking progress to ensure timely implementation. You will provide regular updates and reports to administration, highlighting compliance status, service trends, and areas for improvement. This position supervises staff, facilitates team meetings, and serves as a key liaison between internal departments and external agencies, all while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with federal and state standards. It requires ongoing engagement with regulatory updates, staff training, and internal investigations, including grievance management, internal disciplinary concerns and internal compliance. Additionally, you will oversee the management of the Intellectual Disabilities Supports Coordination Organization program. Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment, 40 hours/week
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Occasional overtime and travel may be required.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Meadville. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time. Additional details may be provided during the interview.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Three years of experience in public or private social work which included one year in a public welfare program and one year in a supervisory capacity; and a bachelor's degree which includes or is supplemented by 12 college credits in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, criminal justice, or other related social sciences; or
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training which includes 12 college credits in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, criminal justice, or other related social sciences.
Other Requirements:

- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
Legal Requirements:
- You must pass a background investigation.
- This position falls under the provisions of the Child Protective Services Law.
- Under the Law, a conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports including, but not limited to, PA State Police clearance, PA Child Abuse history clearance, and FBI Fingerprint clearance.
