This role focuses on conducting comprehensive UX research for the development tool infrastructure, employing both quantitative and qualitative methods. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, product management, and business partners, translating complex research findings into actionable recommendations that drive product evolution. Your work will directly contribute to making customer-driven decisions within a lean and agile development environment, helping to define the strategic direction of products. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design and apply a diverse range of qualitative and quantitative research methods across all product stages, from conception to release.
