Salary Range: $108,750 - $143,000

THE FINANCE TEAM

(CEI) provides employees, stakeholders and customers with timely and accurate financial information. The Finance Department is comprised of eight teams: Accounts Payable, Payroll, Billing, GL, FP&A, Tax, Risk Management and Project Accounting that work closely together to ensure compliance and the financial well-being of the company. ABOUT THE ROLE
The Senior Claims Manager is responsible for managing the organization's property and casualty insurance claims across multiple insurance programs and state systems. The role ensures compliance with the organization's statutory and legal obligations and promotes a culture of risk awareness and mitigation. The Senior Claims Manager works closely with insurers, third party administrators, legal teams and key stakeholders from the start of the claim, through investigation and resolution.

ABOUT YOU
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications is qualifying.
Education and Experience:
Typically requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in claims management, preferably in the construction industry with a Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Insurance, Construction Management, Business, Finance, or related field; or 3 years and a Master's degree; or equivalent experience.
Certification:
Professional certification (e.g., AIC, AIC-M, ARM, CIC, CRM, CPCU) preferred.
