Origination and Execution Banker Vice President ABS Primary Desk - Mortgage and Real Estate Finance New York Business/Role Specific Description You will be a member of Deutsche Bank's Mortgage and Real Estate Finance team that is part of the broader ABS Primary franchise. The role focuses on leading the origination, structuring, syndication and execution of ABS new issue and asset finance transactions in the mortgage and real estate sectors. Candidate will be responsible for all aspects of deal execution from client acquisition to documenting credit facilities, approving asset fundings, risk managing the credit facilities and structuring, marketing and closing associated securitizations. In such role, you will interact with a wide variety of stakeholders and transaction participants, both internally and externally, requiring strong communication skills, both written and oral. Expectations It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York, NY office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model. The salary range for this position in New York City is 180,000 - 250,000.
