What You'll Do

In this role, you'll operate and care for our extrusion blow molding equipment to ensure we're producing safe, highquality containers. You'll be the kind of person who notices the small details, keeps things running efficiently, and isn't afraid to jump in when adjustments or minor repairs are needed.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Running blow molding machines and supporting equipment with safety and quality in mind
• Performing mold, insert, and color changes based on production needs
• Making process tweaks to improve efficiency and reduce scrap
• Checking product quality and making adjustments as needed
• Supporting maintenance with basic repairs and preventative tasks
• Keeping your work area clean, organized, and aligned with 5S standards
• Communicating with teammates across shifts to keep production flowing
• Completing documentation accurately and on time

What You Bring

We're looking for someone who:

• Is 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Has at least 2 years of experience in a fastpaced manufacturing environment
• Ideally has 1 year of blow molding experience (PET knowledge is a plus!)
• Can read, write, and communicate clearly in English
• Is comfortable using basic computer applications
• Enjoys working both independently and as part of a team
• Has a bit of mechanical aptitude and isn't afraid to get handson
• Can lift or maneuver up to 50 pounds
• Stays calm under pressure and knows how to prioritize
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis. The company will not sponsor employment visas now or in the future
• Applicants must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English at a level necessary to perform the essential duties of the position.
