Description

As the Finance Manager of the
Medicare Advantage Plan, you will serve as a technical leader with advanced
expertise in health care and managed care finance. You will:


  • Apply complex financial analysis to support planning,
    forecasting, and resource allocation decisions
  • Independently evaluate financial performance and
    develop forward-looking financial models
  • Provide strategic insights to support health plan
    operations and growth initiatives
  • Analyze trends, risks, and financial outcomes to
    support business and product expansion decisions
  • Strengthen internal controls and promote continuous
    improvement through data-driven recommendations
  • Work autonomously within broad organizational
    objectives

Salary Range: $95,400-$208,300/annually
Qualifications

We're seeking a detail-oriented individual with:

Required:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting,
    Business or related field and/or equivalent combination of education and
    experience
  • experience or training in financial analysis
    or related disciplines
  • Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and
    advanced financial modeling techniques
  • Proficient in advanced Excel functions and
    sophisticated spreadsheet-based analytical techniques
  • Experience with enterprise financial systems,
    such as ERP platforms such as Workday or comparable tools
  • Exceptional ability to communicate complex
    financial concepts clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Deep understanding of internal controls and
    financial compliance
  • Demonstrated independent judgment to resolve
    complex financial issues
  • Strong collaborator with proven success working
    across cross-functional stakeholders
  • Skill in leveraging financial analysis to
    support strategic decision-making and business growth

Preferred:

  • Master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting
    or related field
  • 5 or more years of experience in health care or
    managed care finance
