Job Summary

RWJUH is seeking a full time Advanced Practice Provider for the Geriatric service line on the New Brunswick campus,

Essential Functions

This role includes rounding, evaluation and providing care plans as developed with attending Geriatricians,

There will be a focus on meeting departmental goals as it relates to providing care for the geriatric population,

Must be comfortable working to the full extent of licensure,

Education

Graduate of an accredited Acute care, Adult, Gerontology APN program

Physician Assistants must be a graduate from an accredited PA program,

Experience

Ideal candidate would have 1-5 years of APP patient care experience preferably working with a geriatric s population,

Post graduate geriatric training preferred,

Licenses and Certifications

Current NJ APN PA license required

NCCPA certification required

CDS required

DEA required

RN required

BLS required

ACLS required
