Title of position: Summer 2026 Temporary Member Service Representatives Position Overview: As a Temporary Summer Member Service Representative (MSR), your focus is delivering exceptional service to our members while facilitating various transactions with precision and efficiency. Serving as a frontline representative of the organization, you uphold the highest standards of professionalism, focusing on creating a positive member centric experience. This role requires strong communication skills and attention to detail. Position Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Regular shifts include Monday to Friday 8:30AM - 5:30PM with rotating Saturday shifts 8:30AM - 12:30PM. Compensation: $17.30 per hour. Location: Currently looking to fill the following TEMP MSR Opportunities on-site at our Apalachin, NY and Endicott, NY branches.
