COMPENSATION: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour depending on experience

Essential Job Functions:



  • Provides administrative support to Front Office, Food & Beverage, Accounting, People & Culture and the General Manager.
  • Oversee the accounts receivable process to ensure accounts are billed accurately and timely.
  • Manage the credit card chargeback process to ensure responses are provided timely with adequate documentation.
  • Oversee the general cashiering process to ensure cash is appropriately safeguarded, deposited timely and variances reconciled and reported.
  • Assists corporate accountant with EOM checklists, tax exemptions, advanced purchase, reconciling house accounts, and bank counts.
  • Plans, organizes and conducts team member engagement functions and any other event per our Regional P&C for purposes of enhancing culture
  • Maintains responsibility for and offers support for payroll preparation including include bi-weekly payroll processing
  • Participates in supervisor obligations as required, i.e. lobby duty, stand-up meeting, and staff meeting.



Qualifications:
Education:



  • Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school or any other combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge of skills and abilities.


Experience:



  • 1-3 years of experience in administrative or clerical roles.
  • Experience supporting multiple managers or team leads with calendar management and scheduling.
  • Advanced proficiency in Word (document formatting), Excel (spreadsheets and basic formulas), and Outlook (complex calendar management).
  • Strong ability to draft, proofread, and edit business correspondence, including emails, memos, and reports.
  • Experience handling confidential information, such as payroll data, personnel files, or sensitive business contracts.
  • Hotel experience required.
  • PEP experience preferred.
