Join Allied Universal at a fast-paced healthcare location as an unarmed patrol officer, monitoring and patrolling assigned areas to help reduce security-related incidents. You will conduct routine rounds, stay visible, respond to calls for assistance, and provide calm, professional customer service and clear communication to staff, patients, and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, corridors, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify maintenance or access concerns.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor directions and/or badge and key control processes in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including completing initial incident notifications and documentation as required.
• Observe, report, and communicate unusual conditions or policy violations to site leadership and/or local authorities when needed, using radios, phones, and written reports.

Minimum Requirements:

• A Guard Card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
