SUMMARY:

Under minimal supervision, interacts with all levels of the organization for purposes of sourcing and recruiting team members. The primary functions of this role include candidate sourcing, and screening to ensure the timely hiring for open positions with quality candidates.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Source for passive and active candidates and develop a strategy for filling open requisitions in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
* Review and evaluate resumes to select appropriate slate of candidates for personal interviews, and present qualified candidates to the hiring manager.
* Responsible for sourcing candidates through cold calling, networking, career fairs, internet postings, on campus recruiting, employee referrals, and minority and other outreach programs.
* Responsible for job advertisements in compliance with Federal and State guidelines and company policy.
* Acts as liaison to employment agencies and advertising media.
* Develop key relationships with the leadership team to expedite all talent acquisition needs, including universities, agencies, user groups, veteran, and minority associations.
* Provide feedback and recommendations to applicants and hiring managers regarding strengths and development needs of candidates.
* Assist in determining appropriate compensation using corporate guidelines and presents recommendations to managers and supervisors.
* Must be willing to travel when needed.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
* BA/BS required or equivalent experience.
* Must have 5 or more years of recruitment experience in the A/E/C industry.
* Must be proficient with Microsoft Office.
* Must be a self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Must have strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
