The Surveying and Geomatics Business Unit is seeking a Project Coordinator in Bellevue, WA.

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of duties, including general office tasks in a fast-paced professional consulting firm. Duties include the following:

What You'll Do Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing project contracts, set-ups, subsequent change orders, and project closeout;
  • Preparing subconsultant and vendor agreements and subsequent change orders;
  • Preparing and reviewing project invoices and progress reports;
  • Reviewing project subconsultant invoices and monitoring subconsultant budgets;
  • Setting up electronic project folders and overseeing the maintenance of project files;
  • Assisting Project Managers with organizing and managing project budgets, and preparing project financial and labor reports;
  • Assisting with the scheduling of project meetings, and preparing meeting agendas and minutes;
  • Corresponding with clients and subconsultants;
  • Formatting and performing quality reviews of large and small documents such as technical reports, letters, memos, minutes, etc.;
  • Assisting with the distribution of deliverables to the client and local agencies;
  • Provide general administrative support for the Survey and Geomatics business unit.
What You Bring Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum five years of experience in office and project administration;
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook;
  • Strong skills in SAP Ariba software;
  • Experience with project contracts and invoicing as well as general accounting practices such as Accounts payable/Accounts receivable (AP/AR);
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive, team-focused mindset;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including proof-reading and editing;
  • Customer service, or quality control experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Project related experience in an architecture, engineering, or construction firm;
  • Additional software skills in Adobe Creative Suite software, PowerPoint, and MS Project;
  • Microsoft Dynamics SL (Solomon) software experience a bonus;
  • Graphics/design/marketing experience a bonus.
