About the Role:

This role supports the strategic direction of the Tax division by managing revenue stream operations, project management, forecasting, and performance tracking across all products and initiatives. It enhances financial visibility and organizational decisionmaking by developing reporting tools, dashboards, and performance metrics. The position also contributes to longterm growth by identifying improvement opportunities and supporting new product and revenue development.

What You Will Do:



  • Ensures all program revenue streams are reported to Leadership Team daily.
  • Assists in revenue and growth projections for all revenue streams.
  • Works across functional departments to provide back-up and support with the expectation that this position could transition duties based on the needs of the business.
  • Develops and implements reporting tools and dashboards to enhance visibility and accuracy of financial data.
  • Implements performance metrics and KPIs to assess product success and areas needing improvement.
  • Analyzes and reviews financial information prior to submitting it to external departments and business partners.
  • Leads or assists in developing project management work for all areas of the business, and collaborates with product integration - development and delivery
  • Reviews and recommends policy changes, assess internal control structure on a regular basis and recommends changes to benefit the Tax division and company.
  • Manages and provides administrative oversight for a team that supports product operations and strategic partner relationships.
  • Monitors and analyzes product performance and operating trends across all revenue streams
  • Collaborates with sales - with high value partner optimization, software partner/transmitter relationships, optimize CRM tools
  • Works with other areas of focus that include special projects, product delivery, loss prevention, ERO experience, & profitability.
  • Collaborates with our ERO lending portfolio management team to enhance delivery, strategic planning and profitability.
  • Understands the ERO lending process for support as a back up to primary owner
  • Collaborates with our Merchant Services team to enhance delivery, product offering and align with strategic plan.
  • Collaborates with our shared service functions within the bank that are part of our overall development and delivery of products and services that include compliance, legal, risk management, accounting, & others
  • Other duties as assigned.


What You Will Need:



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
  • Typically, 5+ years with bachelor's or equivalent.

Salary range: $72,000 - $120,000


The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your location during the hiring process. Ranges may be modified in the future.
