Senior QA Manager

Location: Red Oak, TX

Contract: 12 months (could extend)

Pay: $100 hr. to $125 hr.

Overview

Seeking a strategically minded Senior QA Manager with strong technical leadership, deep Agile experience, and advanced knowledge of automated QA technologies. The role focuses on building and optimizing scalable QA policies, improving testing processes, and ensuring high quality delivery across software and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop & implement QA best practices for methodologies, processes, and team workflows.

Generate and maintain QA performance metrics, redefining metrics as needed to improve visibility and quality outcomes.

Document, refine, and optimize testing methodologies for efficient product testing.

Lead QA efforts across the software development lifecycle, collaborating with cross functional teams.

Provide technical leadership in automated QA technologies to accelerate testing.

Troubleshoot and resolve product issues in partnership with engineering teams.

Mentor and coach team members, driving skill development and advancing QA maturity.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives, promoting a culture focused on efficiency, innovation, and quality.

Oversee all QA assurance operations, applying best practices and developing new tools and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

*5 plus years of data center build experience*

Mechanical and Electrical quality knowledge

Owner experience.

Strong technical leadership and decision making ability.

Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies and QA processes.

Expertise in automated testing technologies and tools.

Ability to deliver outcome driven testing strategies aligned with project goals.

Experience leading cross functional engineering teams in software environments.
