Position Title: Printing Press Helper
Wage: $16/hour Shift: 1st, 2nd, 3rd Hours: 7am-3pm Monday-Friday (8 Hours OT every other Saturday), 3pm-11pm Monday-Friday (8 Hours OT every other Saturday), 11pm-7am Monday-Friday (8 Hours OT every other Saturday) QPS has a Machine Operator Helper position available in Kansas City, MO. Printing Press Helper Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Load and stage paper for the printing press - Monitor paper quality, adjust tension, and ensure rolls meet specifications - Ensure paper stock is available and managing paper waste - Handle heavy rolls of paper and work in physically demanding environment and effectively collaborate with other team members - Assist in setting up the press by installing plates - Train new employees Printing Press Helper Requirements: - Able to lift up to 70 pounds on a frequent basis - Excellent communication skills - Previous manufacturing experience preferred - Good vision and color differentiation QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
