Dollar Bank is seeking a candidate for our Corporate Banking division that desires to grow their career into a relationship manager role. The candidate will support and work closely with existing relationship managers and their respective commercial loan portfolios comprised of small to middle market businesses. The candidate will assist in all aspects of commercial banking relationships including identifying and calling on prospects to attract new banking relationships, collaboration with other internal departments/personnel to expand and enhance customer relationships including Treasury Management, Private Banking and Commercial Real Estate and the ongoing management of commercial credit relationships. You will be expected to provide a high service level with attention to detail in a team-oriented culture.

Qualifications:

*Bachelor's degree required; will consider commensurate experience.
*Two (2) years banking, lending, accounting or corporate finance experience is required.
*Ability to read and analyze financial and operational strengths and weaknesses of business entities including leverage, key risk factors, industry trends, sources of repayment and cash flow.
*Strong math, analytical, written, and oral communication skills.
*Desire and ability to provide high level, quality relationship management support.
*Self-motivated with an ability to prioritize and multi-task.
*Knowledgeable and proficient in Microsoft Office.
*Driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Principal Activities and Duties:

*Provide relationship management support for existing commercial loan portfolio, including initial opportunity vetting/analysis, loan structure recommendation, logistical oversight of underwriting, pre and post loan closing administration and ongoing relationship management.
*Join relationship managers on client/prospect calls in an effort to retain, attract and expand relationships.
*Provide high-level relationship management support.
*Commence building business referral network for business development purposes.
*Participate in business events/functions to represent the bank with an emphasis on developing and maintaining business relationships.
*Collaborate with other areas of the bank to service and grow relationships including treasury management, credit, private banking, merchant processing and wealth management.
*Inform management of any material considerations affecting a business client's banking relationship or risk profile.
*Ensure that the bank meets regulatory and compliance requirements.
*Monitor and collect delinquent loan payments, past due financial information, document exceptions and covenant compliance certificates within the portfolio.
*All employees have the responsibility and the accountability to serve as risk managers for their businesses by understanding, reporting, responding to, managing and monitoring the risk they encounter daily as required by Dollar Bank's risk management program. Compliance with regulatory laws and company procedures is a required component of all position descriptions.
