Role Summary

The Event and Webinar Digital Journey Manager will partner with our Enterprise Webinar team to plan and produce our highimpact webinars that support thought leadership, product education, and demandgeneration initiatives.

In this role, you'll help bring engaging webinars to life by supporting the planning, setup, and smooth delivery of each event. Success comes from steady growth in registrations, reliable and ontime execution, clear communication across teams, and ongoing improvements based on testing and reporting.

Webinar Production & Execution
  • Coordinate endtoend production of live and ondemand webinars, demos, and virtual workshops for our run-the-business enterprise webinar program
  • Operate webinar platforms and manage IW rooms for both live and ondemand events.
  • Serve as live chat moderator and coordinate Q&A staffing.
  • Coordinate derivative content production and timelines.
  • Prepare and submit pre-event and post-event promo kits and global marketing kits for all event and promotional assets needed
  • Manage and approve requests and email promotional requests submitted to Enterprise Global Campaign Operations.
  • Create and maintain webinar intake forms, project templates, and tasks in WF.
  • Deliver clear pre and postevent reporting, plus quarterly trend analyses that highlight benchmarks and meaningful insights.
  • Maintain internal content repository for searchability of content
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $87,300 -- $167,250 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $115,500 - $167,250
In New York, the pay range for this position is $115,500 - $167,250
In Colorado, the pay range for this position is $100,800 - $145,950

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
