Job Overview
The Strategic Account Manager, E-Commerce & MRO reports to the Sr. Director of Sales for the Retail & Alternate Channel and is responsible for optimizing our digital presence and accelerating sales growth for RACO, TayMac, Bell, and Wiegmann across Amazon and select MRO accounts.This role requires a strong background in ecommerce strategic account management, digital brand development, and customer experience, with a demonstrated record of driving revenue growth and enhancing online visibility.The Strategic Account Manager will scale our brands on Amazon's 1P marketplace and lead the launch of our 3P marketplace offering - balancing strategic vision with hands-on operational execution. This individual must be proactive, highly autonomous, and capable of driving initiatives that move the business forward. The role also supports the Sr. Director in developing and executing the overall ecommerce strategy for the channel portfolio.The position will collaborate closely with retail and online merchandising teams to define and execute growth plans. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day sales activities, participating in line reviews and channel-specific product development, supporting customer promotions, and contributing to ecommerce marketing initiatives.
