Job Description Position Summary: As a key Team Manager and leader in the Strategic Sourcing function, the Director, Strategic Sourcing CoE Programs & Initiatives Leader is responsible for leading the strategic sourcing organizational through designing and driving key programs for value delivery and organizational AI readiness in partnership with the functional sourcing teams, business, DTE and other key stakeholders, elevating sourcing and procurement impact to the enterprise. The role provides people leadership to elevate the capabilities of the sourcing team, and has responsibility to help shape the future of an AI centered operating model. The ideal candidate understands Vertex systems and processes, is a sourcing expert with technology expertise, and is a forward-thinking leader with a deep understanding of procurement, technologies, emerging AI capabilities, and change delivery, able to develop robust program deployment plans, deliver exceptional implementation and outcomes, and influence enterprise stakeholders throughout the design, deployment and change management processes. Pay Range: $176,000 - $264,000Disclosure Statement: The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting. This role is eligible for an annual bonus and annual equity awards. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements.
