The role - what you'll do Barr is seeking a human resources generalist to join our Duluth or Minneapolis team. In this hybrid position, your primary role will be to work with the Engineering and Design (ED) business unit and the Corporate Human Resources teams on HR-related activities in support of ED-aligned staff throughout the organization. In addition, you will support Barr's corporate HR functions. A successful person in this role will have top-notch interpersonal skills, the ability to influence without designated authority, a strong commitment to core values of client service and collaboration, an eagerness to learn, and the ability to think critically to navigate complex situations. Compensation: Anticipated range of $72,000-$93,000 annually. Compensation will vary based on relevant experience, education, skill level, and other compensable factors. Employees in this position may also be eligible for a discretionary cash bonus based on team and individual performance.
