Our Summer Internship Program

An internship with us gives you the opportunity to work side by side with passionate problem solvers on powerful and fulfilling work. Our collaborative culture inspires you to learn from the expertise surrounding you and to share your own knowledge and experience with colleagues. You'll be asked to speak up and challenge the status quo - you have a voice and will be encouraged to use it.

Additionally, over the summer, there will be opportunities to participate in events just for our interns: social events with other interns, career development workshops, community service projects, and networking with senior leaders - just to name a few!

This Opportunity

Understand how businesses set strategy built off a foundation of insights and analytics. Support either Syneos Health's Commercial Unit strategy or execution of Full-Service Commercial biotech client project work (TBD closer to internship start).

What You'll Do

Intern will participate in some or all the following:

• Market landscaping
• Strategy creation / refinement
• Forecasting
• Workshop support
• Deliverable preparation

Your Skills & Expertise

• Applicants should be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in life sciences and/or business management
• Familiarity with interrogating AI-outputs is critical

Candidates must be a minimum of a Rising Junior and currently enrolled full time in Spring/Summer or Spring/Fall '26 semesters. The Commercial Summer Intern Program runs from May 18, 2026 to August 7, 2026 and all positions will work full time (up to 40 hours per week).

The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $24-$28/hr. and will vary based on the candidate's semesters completed in school.
