Aquent is seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our client, a leading global fashion retailer, where you will play a pivotal role in bringing cutting-edge designs to life.

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to become an integral part of their design and product development team. In this role, you won't just be processing data; you'll be the crucial link between creative vision and manufacturing reality, ensuring that every graphic and textile element is perfectly executed for a global audience. Your impact will be directly visible in the products that reach millions of customers, making every season a success and upholding the brand's reputation for design excellence. You will collaborate closely with designers and technologists, translating artistic concepts into precise technical specifications that guide overseas factories.

**What You'll Do:**

* Support graphic design, product design, and graphic technologists in the creation and maintenance of essential spec packs and graphic charts.

* Attend weekly team meetings with designers to gain a deep understanding of design intent for all graphics.

* Develop comprehensive spec packs, ensuring all technical execution details are meticulously considered for factory production.

* Manage spec packs for a wide range of projects, including all inline seasonal graphics, fast-track additions, and collaborative initiatives.

* Actively track the readiness and production status of products with overseas manufacturing partners.

* Precisely detail out graphics, providing clear and actionable instructions for factory production.

* Master the art of multitasking, effectively managing workflow across multiple product seasons simultaneously.

**What You'll Bring:**

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* A degree in Product Design, Graphic Design, or an equivalent field.

* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including essential design software.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

* Demonstrated ability to track product readiness and communicate effectively with overseas factories.

* Exceptional multitasking skills, with the ability to manage projects across several product seasons concurrently.

* Strong attention to detail, capable of detailing out graphics for precise factory execution.

* A solid background in the fashion industry, specifically within design or product development.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.

* Previous experience with apparel graphics.

* Experience in product development.

* A strong background in graphic design.
