TheLinear Motion Division, part of Regal Rexnord's Automation & Motion Control (AMC) segment is a major contributor to the segment, with approximately 1,500 global associates and $400M in revenue. There are 10 main sites located across the United States, Mexico, the Caribbean, & Europe. We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our Cleveland, OH team. The ideal candidate brings strong business acumen, HR expertise, and employeerelations skills to support both employees and leaders. This role provides a wide range of HR guidance and handson support, contributing directly to a positive and productive work environment. The HR Generalist plays a key role in the plant's success by advising on performance management, employee relations, and HR best practices while fostering strong partnerships between employees and management. Expected salary: $55,000 - $75,000 annually. The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for all statewide locations across the United States.
