Our high-performance culture is driven by our values. We move with speed, passion and purpose - as one team. We are bold in our ideas, accountable in our actions, and committed to doing the right things right.

As the Growth & Enterprise Strategy Analyst, you will be a key member of NAVEX's Growth Team and play a critical role in shaping and executing NAVEX's enterprise growth strategy.

This role is responsible for conducting high-impact, primary analysis that informs company-level decisions and supports the execution of strategic initiatives designed to accelerate bookings growth, improve retention, expand margins, and increase EBITDA. You will partner closely with leaders across Sales, Product, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and Corporate Development to translate data into clear insights and measurable actions.

You will have regular exposure to executive leadership and the opportunity to influence high-priority decisions across strategy, pricing, growth initiatives, and investment priorities. In our highly data-driven organization, this role is instrumental in transforming insights into action plans that deliver tangible results.

The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, highly analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You bring a strong "roll up your sleeves" mindset and a desire to deeply understand the business behind the numbers.

You'll thrive in this hybrid role surrounded by an engaged, collaborative team deeply committed to your success. Join us and help shape what's next!

What you'll get:

  • Meaningful Purpose. Your work helps organizations operate with integrity and protect their people-at a scale few companies can match.

  • Candid, Supportive Culture. We communicate openly, challenge ideas-not people-and value teammates who embrace bold thinking and continuous improvement.
  • Growth That Matters. You can count on authentic feedback, strong accountability, and leaders invested in your success so you can achieve real growth.
  • Rewards for Results. We provide clear, competitive compensation designed to recognize measurable outcomes and real impact.

What you'll do:

  • Conduct rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis to inform NAVEX's differentiated enterprise growth strategy
  • Develop data-driven perspectives on market opportunities, industry trends, competitive dynamics, customer segments, verticals, and pricing models
  • Build business cases to guide growth initiatives, investment priorities, and resource allocation decisions
  • In close partnership with cross-functional stakeholders, assess the impact of pricing changes on bookings, retention and margin
  • Support and help drive high-priority strategic initiatives end-to-end, collaborating across functions to deliver measurable business outcomes
  • Support evaluation of partnership and inorganic growth opportunities through market, competitive, and financial analysis, contributing to strategic rationale and investment case development
  • Develop robust financial models to assess revenue impact, margin implications, ROI, and risk scenarios
  • Continuously improve reporting, tools, frameworks, and decision-support capabilities across the Growth organization, proactively surfacing emerging risks and growth opportunities

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related STEM discipline
  • 2+ years of experience in strategy, corporate development, pricing, FP&A, consulting, investment banking, or a similarly rigorous analytical role; SaaS or software industry experience strongly preferred
  • Strong financial and analytical rigor, including advanced Excel skills (financial modelling, scenario analysis, pivot tables, and complex formulas)
  • Experience conducting industry, market, and competitive research, with the ability to synthesize insights into clear business implications
  • Proven ability to communicate analytical insights with clarity and influence, including developing executiveready PowerPoint presentations and written recommendations
  • Demonstrated capability to translate analysis into action plans, define KPIs, and provide structured readouts on initiative progress and outcomes
  • Experience with Salesforce, ERP systems or similar a plus
  • Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus
  • Structured problemsolving skills with the ability to break down ambiguous questions and independently drive research and analysis
  • Executive presence and comfort presenting to senior leaders
  • Highly collaborative, resultsoriented mindset with the ability to work effectively across functions and levels while focusing on measurable business outcomes
  • Culture Agility. Comfort working in a fast-paced, candid environment that values innovation, healthy debate, and follow-through
  • AI Readiness. Curiosity and willingness to use AI and emerging technologies to elevate your work and deliver smarter outcomes
  • Fuel performance and outcomes. Leverage your job competencies and champion NAVEX's core values

Our side of the deal:
