The ERP Project Management Manager leads the planning, execution, governance, and delivery of ERP initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for establishing project management standards within the ERP function, ensuring alignment with corporate governance models, and actively participating in the HDR PMO Community of Practice (COP) to promote consistency and maturity across project delivery practices. In addition, this role manages the ERP PMO team, including a small group of Project Managers, providing leadership, coaching, and oversight to ensure highquality delivery of ERP projects.

Key Responsibilities
*Lead, manage, and develop the ERP Project Management function to ensure consistent, highquality delivery of ERP initiatives.
*Manage a team of ERP Project Managers, providing leadership, coaching, and performance support.
*Oversee the ERP project portfolio, governance processes, and reporting to align technology investments with business priorities.
*Establish and enforce project management standards, methodologies, and best practices within the ERP organization.
*Partner with business leaders, Corporate Technology teams, and governance bodies while actively participating in the HDR PMO COP.
*Support workforce planning, capacity management, and workload balancing across ERP programs.
*Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of ERP projects while ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
*Conduct portfolio health reviews and perform QA/QC on project data.
*Identify delivery risks, dependencies, and constraints, driving resolution to maintain project momentum.
*Continuously improve project management processes, documentation, templates, and tools.
*Facilitate intake, prioritization, and governance meetings for ERP initiatives.
*Provide executivelevel summaries and KPI reporting related to risks, performance, and portfolio health.
*Participate in and support ERP change management processes, including managing complex release planning cycles across multiple environments and applications.

Preferred Qualifications

*PMP or equivalent project management certification.
*Experience supporting executivelevel governance and prioritization forums.
*Familiarity with enterprise ERP project management tools and portfolio reporting solutions.
*Experience driving PMO or project delivery maturity improvements.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Quality Assurance or closely related field
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in ERP or Information Technology
  • Business and management skills: organization and time management, critical thinking, risk mitigation, decision making and relationship building
  • Leadership skills: emotional intelligence, effective communication, coaching, problem solving, conflict resolution, delegation, talent management and team building
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate assertively and to influence and motivate team members; clearly conveys messages and ideas, gains understanding; generates interest and holds attention, listens and is open to the ideas of others
  • Ability to make decisions and plans based on the vision, direction and long-term strategy of the organization, as well as experience in implementing strategies and with defining and establishing procedures
  • High level of initiative with commitment and ability to work extended hours as required, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines while still maintaining high-quality standards
  • Ability to research the root cause of problems, and collaborate with others while recommending and implementing lasting process improvements/enhancements to correct problems
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision
