Description The Localization Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing endtoend localization workflows for video, audio, and content deliverables across global markets. This role oversees daily project tracking, communication, scheduling, and delivery management while partnering closely with internal teams, external vendors, and production partners. Key Responsibilities * Manage daytoday scheduling, tracking, and verification of localization requests and deliverables. * Coordinate timelines, asset requirements, proxy deliveries, and metadata needs with internal production teams and thirdparty vendors. * Create and manage purchase orders for localization services; reconcile and verify invoices for approval and payment. * Monitor all milestones and due dates, update project schedules, and flag risks or delays to relevant stakeholders. * Provide ongoing project status updates to crossfunctional teams and ensure all assets meet required specifications. Qualifications * 2-4+ years of experience managing localization workflows within digital content, streaming, media, or creative production environments. * Strong understanding of video/audio localization processes (subtitles, captions, SDH, dubbing) and global content requirements. * Familiarity with audio/video file formats, codecs, and delivery standards. * Highly organized, detailoriented, and comfortable managing multiple fastmoving projects. * Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt quickly in dynamic environments. * Experience with modern content creation pipelines and agile project management approaches. * Proficiency in tools such as Airtable (including automation features), projectmanagement platforms, and assetdelivery tools. * Language proficiency in LAS, German, Japanese, or other languages is a plus. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Culver City, CA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
