Senior Mortgage Closer *In-Office | Full-Time | Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM*

We're looking for professionals who: * Have *strong job tenure* (no job hopping, no employment gaps) * Live within *20 minutes of the office* * Have *reliable transportation and childcare* * Are committed to working *full-time in-office* * Bring a polished, professional demeanor * Have hands-on experience with *Encompass* No rehires What You'll Do As a *Level 2 Mortgage Closer / Mortgage Closing Specialist*, you will: * Close *8-10 loans per day* * Review, scrub, and validate loan files * Ensure taxes and insurance documentation are accurate * Initiate third-party orders (title, appraisal, flood cert, credit, etc.) * Support refinance and purchase loans * Monitor pipelines and manage work queues with urgency * Perform routine data entry and validation * Communicate internally via email, chat, and phone (no direct borrower interaction) This role is built for someone who is: Detail-obsessed Deadline-driven A strong independent worker Comfortable in a high-volume production environment Required Qualifications * *Mortgage Closing Experience - Level 2* * High School Diploma * Encompass proficiency * Strong understanding of mortgage loan documentation * Excellent time management and problem-solving skills * Solid math and analytical ability * Knowledge of federal/state mortgage regulations (a plus) * Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft, Google Suite) Preferred Experience We welcome candidates with experience at organizations such as: * Wells Fargo Home Mortgage * Rocket Mortgage * Freedom Mortgage * Movement Mortgage * loanDepot * Valon Mortgage (Closer, Mortgage Closer, Mortgage Loan Closer titles strongly preferred.)
