ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Client Engagement & Initial Contact
- Welcome clients with professionalism and warmth, ensuring they feel immediately valued and at ease.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and introduce them to the SHAWOOD brand story and value proposition.
- Prepare clients for their meetings with the Sales Ambassador, setting the stage for a seamless handoff and exceptional experience.
- Manage Walk In Traffic and register customers for follow up and set future appointments with Sales Ambassadors.
Office & Appointment Management
- Assist with overseeing the day-to-day operations of the sales office, ensuring that it is always organized, professional, and inviting.
- Understand the full appointment schedule for the community and work closely with the Online Sales team on any updates or changes
Support for Sales Process
- Assist the Sales Ambassador in preparing for client presentations by gathering necessary materials, arranging model walkthroughs, and managing follow-up communications.
- Provide insights on client interactions to help the Sales Ambassador tailor their approach and deliver personalized homebuying experiences.
- Maintain a deep understanding of SHAWOOD homes and their design features to provide accurate information during client interactions.
Training & Development
- Participate in ongoing training programs designed to prepare you for eventual promotion to a Sales Ambassador role.
- Learn SHAWOOD's consultative sales techniques, home design principles, and the technical aspects of our high-quality, precision-built homes.
- Engage in shadowing opportunities with the Sales Ambassador to gain firsthand experience in client consultations and sales strategies.

WORKING CONDITIONS

- Working primarily out of the model home/showroom in assigned community
- The ability to work both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions are required
- Ability to work weekends and holidays is required
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- This is primarily an active position, which requires the ability to walk, stand and climb stairs in and around homes, models, and properties.
- Must be able to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 50lbs.
