Dans le cadre de ses fonctions, on s'attendra a ce que le Specialiste technique effectue ce qui suit :

• Mettre en pratique une planification et des connaissances affinees en matiere d'ingenierie.
• Mener des projets independants de facon autonome et etre responsable de la coordination des taches difficiles.

Les responsabilites comprendront mais ne seront pas limitees a :

• Utiliser sa grande experience et des concepts professionnels afin de resoudre des problemes techniques complexes de facon creative et efficace.
• Entreprendre des etudes, des analyses et des interpretations independantes et proposer des solutions.
• Definir et examiner des criteres de rendement relatifs aux specifications de conception afin d'ameliorer l'efficacite.
• Agir en tant qu'expert en la matiere dans son propre domaine ou en tant que conseiller dans son propre service.
• Superviser et approuver toutes les activites de conception et d'essai d'un composant, d'un sous-systeme ou d'un processus precis.
• Etablir et faciliter la communication avec les autres equipes afin de gerer les interdependances.

Qualifications

• Baccalaureat dans un domaine en lien avec le poste.
• De 5 a 8 ans d'experience pertinente au minimum.
• Maitrise de l'anglais et du francais.

***Technical Career Track***

In this role, the Technical Specialist will be expected to:

• Require application of mature engineering knowledge and planning.
• Conduct independent projects autonomously and is responsible for coordination of difficult assignments.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Use wide-ranging experience and professional concepts to resolve complex technical issues in creative and effective ways.
• Undertake independent studies, analysis, interpretations and propose solutions.
• Define and review design specification performance criteria to improve efficiency.
• Act as subject matter expert in own field and/or as an advisor within own department.
• Supervise and approve all design and test activities of a specific component, sub-system, or process.
• Establish and facilitate communication with other teams in order to manage interdependencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in job-related field.
• Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.
• Fluency in English and xxx.
