Patient Service Representative

Department:MaineHealth Primary Care Family and Internal Medicine and Pediatrics North Conway

Facility Hours:Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM

Shifts:8-hour shifts, 40-hours per week

Location:Fully onsite at 3073 White Mountain Highway North Conway, NH

Summary:

The Patient Service Representative (PSR) role will greet patients, answer telephones, schedule appointments, and perform other overall general office duties as assigned.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

1. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
2. License/Certifications: N/A
3. Experience: Previous office experience with medical office experience preferred.
4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Proficient computer skills.
