Their Content Management Team is driven to ensure their websites facilitate a modern and engaging web experience that delivers on target audiences' expectations. Are you a seasoned SEO professional passionate about optimizing digital content and driving online visibility? We're seeking a dynamic SEO Consultant to be a pivotal force in shaping the digital footprint of our partner's online presence. In this role, you won't just be optimizing; you'll be strategically enhancing how millions discover valuable content, directly influencing user engagement and business growth. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring our web properties are not only found but also provide the best possible experience for our target audiences. You will be the primary point of contact for optimizing website content, leveraging your SEO experience to identify real-time optimization recommendations in collaboration with leadership and in partnership with a team of Content Marketers and technology partners.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Support the optimization of public website content, including conducting comprehensive keyword research to uncover new growth opportunities and performing competitor analysis for maximum SEO advantage.

* Manage keyword platforms, overseeing both keyword research and tracking initiatives.

* Collaborate effectively with external SEO partners to amplify digital strategies.

* Provide expert search optimization support and guidance to the content marketing team for various projects and requests.

* Translate complex data insights into clear, actionable steps for content partners, empowering them to significantly increase audience reach.

* Proactively identify and integrate new and emerging SEO opportunities, best practices, and industry updates.

* Contribute to the creation, writing, and ongoing maintenance of robust SEO policies and procedures.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.

* 3-5 years of relevant Search Engine Optimization (SEO) experience.

* Demonstrated experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

* Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and BrightEdge, with adaptability to other platforms.

* Up-to-date knowledge of current ranking factors and search engine algorithms. * Highly organized with exceptional multitasking abilities.

* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of end-users and technical resources.

* Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as a collaborative member of a cross-functional team.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $22 to $24. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
