Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Support key HR Analytics initiatives, including the development and testing of a Copilot-based reporting agent for HR users.

• Assist in efforts to transition dashboards from Tableau to Power BI, including content migration and validation while ensuring data accuracy.

• Assist stakeholders with HR reporting needs by promoting the use of AI tools and self-service resources. Generate manually created reports using Workday and Excel when necessary.

• Develop clear job aids to support the adoption of new tools and resources.

• Help troubleshoot issues stakeholders may encounter with reporting tools by gathering details, replicating errors, and identifying potential causes.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

• The successful candidate will have preferably completed a minimum of their sophomore year and be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university in a Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, and Analytics program (i.e., or a related field of study). A minimum 3.0 GPA is preferred; however, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.

• Strong comfort and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft 365 suite.

• Ability to learn new technologies and analytics tools quickly, with an interest in reporting, data visualization, or AIdriven solutions.

• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills when working with data.

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
The salary range for this position is: If Pursing Bachelors = $20 hour, If Pursing Masters = $25 hour, If Pursing Doctorate = $30 hour.
