Minimum Offer $51,209.60 Maximum Offer $78,166.40

Type of Opportunity: Full time FTE: 1.00 Job Exempt: Yes Work Shift: Days (United States of America)

Responsibilities:

*Provides individuals, family, and group counseling to persons with diverse diagnosis for senior/disabled adults.
*Development of plans of care Implementation.
*Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure high quality outcomes for patients.
*Patient assessments and creative engaging activities to enhance group therapy.
*Assist patients in obtaining services to enhance their health and wellbeing.

Qualifications:

Masters
*Masters degree in Counseling/Social Work.
*1-3 years experience in Clinical Therapy
*Licensure required LCSW or LPCC preferred; will accept LMSW with commitment to test within 1 year for LCSW.
