Administrative Assistant III

This is a 6-month, full-time (40 hours/week), on-site contract role located in Los Angeles, CA.


Summary

This role provides high-level administrative support to senior leaders and their teams. The Administrative Assistant III plays a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency, managing complex scheduling and travel logistics, and serving as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, timelines, and stakeholder needs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Demonstrates sound judgment, discretion with confidential information, and a proactive, service-oriented mindset

Job Description

In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to senior managers and department teams.

You'll partner with internal stakeholders and external contacts to coordinate meetings, manage complex calendars, and facilitate smooth communication workflows. This includes prioritizing and scheduling meetings, arranging travel logistics, preparing itineraries, processing expense reports, drafting correspondence, and creating presentations and reports.

You will also manage incoming communications, maintain confidential files and databases, coordinate visitor logistics, audit records for accuracy, and identify opportunities to improve administrative processes-supporting the department's overall productivity and effectiveness.


Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Background in executive support, business operations, or administrative services
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required

Additional Requirements

  • This opportunity is located in Los Angeles, CA and requires on-site work
  • The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $41.38 per hour
  • This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
