Ingram Content Group(ICG) is currently seeking an IT Site Engineer tojoin our team inRoseburg, OR. This person provides systems administration support for the design, configuration, installation and maintenance of Lightning Source systems and technology components. This position will be expected to work from the Ingram Roseburg facility 5 days per week.

The ideal candidate will have the following minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or directly related year for year experience
  • 2+ years' in a systems administration or systems engineering field

We have a preference for:

  • Knowledge of Windows Desktop/Server administration
  • Knowledge of Mac Desktop administration
  • Knowledge of Linux Desktop/Server administration
  • Knowledge of network administration
  • Ability to apply systems analysis techniques to map systems processes
  • Customer service skills
  • Ability to remain available while on-call to include limiting personal travel/activities

The IT Site Engineer key responsibilities are:

  • Autonomously owns and manages multiple projects while providing regular status updates
  • Installs and configures software, hardware, network elements and/or peripherals to meet end user and production floor requirements.
  • Provides datacenter hardware and software support.
  • Ensures local site maintains adequate spare parts for datacenter and end user needs as it pertains to IT
  • Maintains detailed knowledge of select site systems and business processes
  • Develops and maintains operational documentation (as it relates to technology)
  • Provides technical support services, including regular rotations as the On-Call Rep
  • Meets regularly with site supervisor for planning and review
  • Coordinates tasks with other members of the IT team and the enterprise
  • Monitors production systems to ensure maximum up-time and performance by utilizing monitoring software and regular datacenter walkthroughs
  • Coordinates support from hardware and software vendors
  • Manages system resources to prevent workflow impact from equipment outages

Hiring Salary Range:$74,353k-$94,011k.This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to: the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
